Igor Milashevsky was born on November 12, 1960. From 1983 to 1993, he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation. From 1994 to 1998, he held the positions of Director of the Operations Development Service, Commercial Director, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at VimpelCom OJSC and subsidiaries of the VimpelCom Group.
