In the case of the Executive Branch , its relevance lies precisely in the fact that it is the pillar responsible for executing the laws approved by the Legislative Houses. In this way, it is possible to understand the role of the Executive Branch as the one that will make the legislation tangible. In other words, it is up to the Executive Branch to put citizens' rights and duties into practice, ensuring their compliance, administering the interests of the population and governing in accordance with public relevance. One example to be observed is the preparation of the Annual Budget Law (LOA) . This is because after the Executive Branch has planned, the proposal goes to the National Congress, where members of Congress can influence the budget to adapt it to the needs of those they represent. Another important aspect is the issuing of Provisional Measures (MPs) , prepared and published by the head of the Executive Branch and considered a powerful resource for the Executive Branch. Finally, there is also the publication of acts published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) and in the Official Gazettes of the States (DOE) and Municipalities (DOM).
