Digital Integration " we were just a little short of points. In the end, 5th place. But the case turned out very beautiful and, to be honest, we were counting on it.
The past year has been a year of economic recovery and business activity. Our clients have adapted to the new conditions and continued to develop their projects, as well as transfer them to new platforms.

Replacing the Salesforce Sales Cloud solution (CRM and Partner Portal) used by Kaspersky with an alternative system based on 1C-Bitrix

Today, the company's products protect more than 400 million users and 220 thousand companies worldwide from cyber threats. To automate operational work and interaction with partners, the company actively used Salesforce Sales Cloud. The system was significantly modified to meet the company's needs and stored a large volume of historical data on partners and sales. Due to Salesforce's departure from the Russian market, Kaspersky was left without a license, support, and updates.
The situation required urgent actions to deploy a new IT system, save and transfer existing data to the new CRM and Partner Portal. Thanks to a lot of preliminary work and persistence of employees from both sides, it was possible to create an MVP in 9 weeks, preserving the entire minimum necessary set of entities and scenarios.
