Standardization, while in terms of application

In these topics, we are often top of the class in terms of we are at the back of the class. This is because it is in the Italian nature to work without following the rules, because compliance with the rules is often not verified by anyone. Many municipal websites (as well as those of other public bodies) are inaccessible, not to mention ugly and completely unusable chad business email list despite the Stanca law and the sanctions provided for. But is there really no way to impose a quality standard for the web pages of our institutions? AgID is trying to do this, with the digital team defining guidelines, support forums and code development to help developers and clients use tested, accessible and usable solutions.

Unfortunately, the PA Web has suffered greatly from digital parochialism, from the development of the site done by the improvised web designer. With the evolution of the digital PA, where the Web site is in fact a gateway to services via the Web, the improvised web designer will have to be retrained or will have to dedicate himself to the websites of the butcher and the milkman (for which he must still guarantee adequate usability criteria, IT security, etc.). How do you imagine the evolution of the Web, especially the Italian one? I could copy the speech given by Tim Berners-Lee at the last event we attended together but I will avoid it and say my piece.
