You already know how to do it: open Google Docs and your document.

Step 2: Press 'Ctrl + F' (or Command + F for Mac)

Step 3: Type the word in the search bar
In the search bar, type the word or phrase you're looking for. For example, if you're sweden whatsapp number data looking for "pizza" (who isn't?), type it in and watch the magic happen.

Step 4: View the highlighted word
When you press Enter, the search word will appear highlighted throughout the document. If "pizza" appears more than once, each instance will shine like a beacon.

Step 5: Navigate through the search results using the up and down buttons
If the word appears multiple times, use the up and down buttons to scroll through the search results. No need to search manually – Google has your back.
