This was announced by the head of the Moscow Department of Civil Construction Rafik Zagrutdinov during the plenary session of the Sixth United Eurasian Congress "Team Community. People. Technologies. Strategy" at the Russian Academy of Sciences. According to him, digitalization helps save up to 20% of the budget during construction, and at the operation stage, the savings increase to 30-40%.
in construction is germany telegram being formed in Russia. The funds that are being invested in it now are pennies compared to those that the country will receive from it. Through digitalization, we can increase labor productivity. Even without making large calculations and computations, examples of some projects show savings of up to 20% on construction, and savings on operation reach 30-40%. After all, we must think not only about how to build a comfortable and convenient facility, but also about how much its operation will cost and what kind of reverse effect it will have on the population," said Rafik Zagrutdinov.
During his speech, he noted that Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin sets the department the task of a comprehensive approach to the issue of digitalization of construction, so that the department's experience can be transferred to other regions, create a comfortable urban environment not only in the capital, but also in other cities of Russia and achieve successful development throughout the country. Rafik Zagrutdinov noted that this is impossible without the use of elements of artificial intelligence and digital data.
"Moscow has a digital twin, with which the executive authorities work. This is a convenient tool for the systemic development of the city," he said.
According to Rafik Zagrutdinov, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation is building a digital architecture and system for the construction industry. It has a development vector and, in his opinion, the construction sector has growth potential similar to that of banking.
"In Moscow, we have digitalized business processes in construction and executive documentation. Previously, these were cubic meters of paper, literally a ruined forest, if we talk about ecology. Without information technology, we will not describe everything and will not minimize bureaucracy. Our priority is to reduce construction cycles, and our goal is to create a single system in which the customer, contractor, and designer will work. This is a good direction for the budgets of state corporations, the Russian government and the city of Moscow, which allocate funds for this," noted Rafik Zagautdinov.
He noted that digital technologies and artificial intelligence have found a place in construction, among them are such things as laser scanning and elements of construction control, which can indicate errors in utility networks and say whether the planning solution has been implemented correctly from a photograph. However, these technologies require personnel.
"We are engaged in training competent personnel, literally from school, so that they will produce results and have a high added value. Then the economy of the subjects of the Russian Federation will grow," he concluded.
