For example, there are classes of hardware for which analogues have not yet appeared in the Register (Multifunctional devices, printers, some components for personal computers). We expect innovations in this area from Russian manufacturers," said Anton Petukhov.

Nikita Shamrai, Senior Vice President, Head of the Information Technology Unit of PJSC Promsvyazbank (PSB), said that in 2021, the bank's experts began testing domestic products presented on the market (among them were servers, personal computers, data storage systems, laptops, etc.) and developed an import substitution plan. Then, in 2022, the management approved the "Digital Transformation Strategy of the Bank" and a plan for the transition to domestic software and equipment of significant critical information infrastructure facilities (ZOKII) with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 14, 2023 No. 1912.

"Since 2022, we have been purchasing most of the equipment from the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia," said Nikita Shamrai. "By the end of 2024, we will exceed the indicator set by the PSB Digital Transformation Strategy - we already purchase 95% of domestically produced electronic products from the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. We actively cooperate with manufacturers in terms of requirements for samples and their objective testing."

According to the RF Government Resolution No. 1912, by January 1, 2030, ZOKII owners are required to switch to using trusted hardware and software systems (HSS); it is prohibited to use foreign equipment on ZOKII acquired after September 1, 2024.
