Share the link in the comments. If the link is not absolutely necessary, then you can share it in the comments of the post. Just make sure to direct people to the comments in the main post so they don’t miss the link.
It’s also worth noting that LinkedIn doesn’t offer the option to pin comments to the top of a post. If you share a link in a comment, there is no guarantee that it will remain a top comment on the post. If you're unlucky, you might still miss out.
