Returning to Fábio's personal example, in his company, he found the greatest challenge to be managing people and making them develop the spirit of leadership. Leandro says that the difficulty of managing people begins with awareness, when we understand who we are in the worst version . It is a practice that must be practiced at home, on the street, in conflict management and relationship harmonization. The mistake is to start this within the company. Many people do not have emotional education, nor support to know how to deal with it, so problems, fears and blockages are brought into the workplace.

For Fábio, the difficulty lies in knowing oneself, taking ownership of one's qualities and abilities, as well as understanding that each person is unique, accepting differences and encouraging the best in each person.

Creativity X Performance

To conclude, Fábio asked for any tips that could help deal with the situation of uncertainty. Leandro says that together with his brother, they work with three pillars for development:

creativity , to make room for new ideas;
connectivity , referring to the collective, being together;
generosity , which is the virtue of recognizing weaknesses, knowing how to ask for help when you need it and offering support to whoever can.
Entrepreneurship is painful. Network with other entrepreneurs, listen to them, and let yourself be vulnerable in a space where you trust. Opening up can help ease anxiety and strengthen you, as Hubify’s CEO advises.
