Next, you will see the form creation page where you will find various options to customize your template.

Simply go to WPForms » Add New page to create a new WordPress form. WPForms is compatible with AMP by default, so you don’t need to do any special settings.

On the form setup screen, you can select a form template and enter a name at the top. You can select the blank form if you want to start from scratch, or use a pre-made template to quickly edit it to your needs.

For this tutorial we will choose the “Simple Contact Form ” template.


Customize your AMP form
From here you can add or remove form fields. To add a new field to your form, you can simply click on a form field in the left panel and drag it onto the form template.

Note: The Modern Style Dropdown and Number list of new zealand cell phone number Slider fields are not compatible with Google AMP. You must use the Number and Classic Style dropdown fields instead.

After that, you can configure the field options. Just click on a field and the field options will appear on the left side.

For example, you can edit the label and format of a field, make it required, set up conditional logic , and much more. You can customize all other fields in a similar way.

After that, you can click on the Settings tab to configure your form settings.
