While you'll need to manually review lead content to find mentions of upcoming career changes, Sales Navigator will automatically alert you when such sales-triggering events occur. You'll see all of these alerts on the platform's main dashboard, and you can filter to find them more easily.

Want to check if anyone in your saved contacts has recently changed jobs? Filter alerts by prospects and see only career changes. You can click to view a lead's new company and, if relevant, save it to your account list or remove the lead from your list entirely if not.

You can also monitor career changes at the account level. Filter by New Decision Maker to see new potential contacts. You can click to save these leads to your list or contact them directly through Sales Navigator.

If you have an Advanced Plus Sales Navigator account that has your CRM data synced, you can also use the Account Risk filter to identify businesses from which contacts have recently left. You can then decide whether to prioritize finding new contacts or removing the account from the list entirely.
