At the conference "Data Economy. Challenges and Prospects", Deputy Director of the National Center for Artificial Intelligence Development under the Government of the Russian Federation, Head of the Group for Monitoring the Implementation of the National Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence Oleg Li announced the emergence of new programs to support developments and scientific research in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) as part of the implementation of the national project "Data Economy".

called additional measures to support developments in the field of artificial intelligence a necessary measure: "Classical support methods include tax incentives that allow companies usa whatsapp resource to reduce the tax burden, which helps increase their financial resources for investment in AI. Grants also play an important role by providing direct funding for research and development. AI procurement can stimulate demand for innovative products and technologies, which in turn motivates companies to further development. Consultations on technology exports abroad help companies enter international markets, expanding their opportunities for commercializing their developments. Separate efforts to develop domestic graphics processing units (GPUs) are also important, since they are key components for the effective operation of AI systems. The development of GPUs will reduce dependence on foreign suppliers and strengthen the country's technological independence."

Mikhail Pribochiy, Managing Director of Polymatica at SL Soft, called AI one of the most important areas, along with Internet technologies or information security: "This area is still quite new, so there is time to become one of the leaders and take your place in the sun - both at the company and state level. Especially when the Central Bank's key rate is high, and analysts are frightening us with a tightening of the regulator's policy. In such conditions, it will be difficult for most companies to finance even such important projects as AI. State assistance will be an excellent incentive for the development of the area as a whole."

Head of the T1 AI department at T1 Holding Sergey Golitsyn named the main task for state support as financing and assistance in resolving the personnel issue: "The development and implementation of AI-based innovations requires significant investment. At the same time, more than half of organizations currently spend less than 1% of their investments in the development of digital technologies on this area. The reason is the long implementation cycle of such projects and delayed effects. The second challenge is the lack of qualified personnel. It is important that the state, together with businesses, assess the personnel situation, the effectiveness of research and development in the field of AI. Together, these efforts will allow for a prompt response to changes - for example, by forming a list of priority developments for implementation. At the same time, part of the solution to this problem lies in the plane of normative and ethical regulation of the AI market."
