How are paid and organic Likes calculated?

Post by roseline371277 »

Paid and organic Likes can be analyzed in Facebook Insights' Like Sources.

Like Sources can be viewed in the Insights tool or in the Insights data export under indonesia email database the Facebook Insights segment, where the number of unique (organic) people who liked your Page is broken down by location.

You can find the following three sources of paid Likes under Like Sources:

Advertisements.
Mobile ads.
Sponsored stories.
The sum of these three sources represents the total number of paid Likes for your page.

Anatomy of a Facebook Ad
The three key parts of a Facebook ad are the headline, the copy, and the image. There is also a web address, which is where you go after clicking on the Facebook ad (you won't see it on the ad); this could be another Facebook page or page on an external website.

Below the ad copy you will see a similar button, which will help you make the ad more attractive when one of your friends clicks on it: you will be able to see your friend's name below the Facebook Ad, as an endorsement for him.

On the other hand, an RSVP button can be displayed if the landing page (the page you will visit if you click on the ad) is a Facebook Event page.

Facebook apps will also have different closing lines that will show the names of friends who interacted with the app.

Finally, an 'X' in the top right corner allows you to remove the ad from the sidebar and give feedback to Facebook (this feature is used to score Facebook's ad quality).

Types of Facebook Ads

There are three main formats in which your ads can appear on Facebook, and here we explain each one.

1. Column on the right
These are the ads that appear on the right side of the news feed on Facebook and were the first ad format that this social network discovered.

With this type of ad, it is more possible to obtain clicks and conversions in a more economical way for your business.

For this column to be successful, eye-catching images are necessary, as well as providing value and a clear CTA for the user.

2. Mobile news section
These are the type of ads that appear in the Facebook news feed for mobile phones and appear as an organic post from people or pages that we have liked.

This type of ad is usually 100% visual and focuses on discounts to create urgency in the user who sees it (they are discounts or limited offers).
