When asked what the world will look like in five years, many people look into a crystal ball. But some trends are already apparent today: They are emerging globally and giving us a rough direction that will involve profound and long-term changes in structures, processes, behaviors and values. We have examined how corporate communications will work in 2025 and what is already emerging today and is likely to gain momentum in the coming years.

Content is and remains king. There is no asia rcs data question about that. Because where there is a lot of noise, there has to be relevance. Below is a look at seven other phenomena and the associated opportunities and challenges for corporate communications.

Newspaper, Social Media or Voice

Just as communication has moved from newspapers to television and then to digital channels, a part of it will and must now move to voice. Media usage will continue to shift to new technologies over the next five years. Topic- or format-specific platforms will increase. Online media - including social media - will play an increasingly important role in shaping society's opinion in the future. The shift to digital media or voice means for communicators that "copy and paste" no longer works. In the future, the message must be prepared and distributed in the appropriate channel and format.
