Software survey: Most important criteria in user reviews for software buyers
The most frequently mentioned criterion for the software buyers surveyed in user reviews is the naming of advantages and disadvantages (35.6%). The overall rating of the product follows (25.7%) and the timeliness of the review (17.8%). Reviews that are not too far in the past are particularly important for products that are updated and changed at short intervals (e.g. software). The length of the review and the profile of the author are less important for German software buyers.

We wanted to know how confident German companies feel when choosing software. The majority malaysia telegram data of participants in our software survey (41.6%) said they felt confident, 23.8% even said they felt very confident. 34.6% did not really feel confident or even felt insecure and overwhelmed. When answering this question, it should be noted that not all respondents may admit their insecurity and the actual value could therefore be significantly higher.
