Getting reviews is important for your reputation and building trust with new and potential customers. When you get new reviews - good or bad - it's important to respond to them as soon as possible.
You will receive an email from Google letting you know that you have received a new review. You will also be notified that you have a new review by seeing a red dot in your merchant dashboard and a notification in your "cards".
To respond to a review, simply click the portugal mobile database reply button and you will be able to respond to the reviewer.
They will receive a notification of your response, and anyone who sees the review will also see your response - so make sure to always be polite and respectful.

In a time when people want a quick response, it might be a good idea for you to turn on the messaging/chat feature. You will be able to quickly communicate with potential customers who are interested in talking to you.
To turn on the chat feature, click Messages and click the Turn on button.
The message panel will then appear. Here you can change your status and also read and reply to received messages.
Tap the three-dot menu to see more advanced message settings.
In the advanced settings, you can turn chat on and off, as well as turn read receipts on and off. You should also create a welcome message that people will see when they message you.
Select Read Reviews to view new reviews
