How to Delete Chat History:
Open the chat you want to clear.
Tap on the contact's name/profile picture at the top of the chat.
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) (on Android/Desktop) or "More" (on iOS).
Select "Delete Chat".
You will usually be given an option to "Delete for me" or "Delete for both" (for one-on-one chats within a certain time frame). Choose "Delete for both" if you want it removed from their side as well.
What happens: All messages in that conversation are removed from your device (and potentially theirs, if you chose "Delete for both"). The contact may still remain in your contact list unless you also telegram number database delete them using the steps in section 1.
