, VK Play and ITMO, more new zealand cell phone number list than 50% of programs and courses are aimed at developing IT development skills in game development. "At the same time, today not only adults but also children want to get into games. The study also notes that today there are courses for children - 22 in total. There is a demand for a profession in the gaming industry, and it is formed even at the school age stage," Anna Stepanova comments on the study.

According to her, the number of educational programs in game development has grown by 45% over the past two years. "There are now more courses and intensive courses on the market than higher education programs in game development. But compared to 2020 data, the number of bachelor's degree programs has increased by 25%, and master's degree programs by 27%. That is, the demand for higher professional education in the gaming industry is also growing. In addition to the increase in the number of programs, the range of educational formats has noticeably expanded. Today, you can choose a convenient training format - online, part-time, or in the form of intensive courses. This is due to the full or partial transition of educational programs to online over the past two years," explains Anna Stepanova.

According to HR Director of Lanit-Tercom Nadezhda Bakhireva, the gaming industry is one of the most in-demand in the IT sphere; there has always been a demand for specialists in this field, and this dynamic will remain unchanged. "In general, there are candidates on the market, and if there is a need, it will be possible to find a suitable candidate. In the IT sphere, including game development, commercial experience has always been valued. If we talk about training courses as a way to gain additional knowledge and development, then they really increase the demand for a candidate. If we are talking about students who have completed one or two years of university, then such experience will most likely not be enough to invite them to a project. In my opinion, game development has great prospects. This niche is in demand and will continue to develop steadily," says Nadezhda Bakhireva.
