Video Based Audiences - Create a Custom Audience

You'll be taken to the "Audience" page. Click the "Create Audience" button and from the drop-down menu, click "Custom Audiences." (If you don't have an existing audience in your account, this page might look a little different, but you'll definitely find the button.)



Specify the criteria by which the recipients are to be selected (how many seconds or what part of the video they watched).
