All sinners or what?

The media, which is trying to save money to death, are increasingly trying to boil down even complicated relationships into simple terms. "Tax evaders" is one of them. "Thousands of tax evaders on their heels," reports the "Blick." "Tax evaders reveal their assets," reports the "Aargauer Zeitung." The online encyclopedia Wikipedia explains what a "tax evader CD" is, and the NZZ explains the "fear of tax evaders."
So are these sinners threatened with thunder and poland rcs data lightning, a temporary or even eternal stay in hell? Have they fallen out of the divine order and will they be held accountable at the Last Judgement at the latest?
