CEO of Aidikang Holdings (9860.HK): The solution to the ICL industry and the future journey

Looking back at ICL’s industry history over the past few years, we have witnessed the industry’s transition from rapid expansion during special periods to the gradual return of the overall environment to normal. Nowadays, many ICL companies are facing pressure and challenges in the short term, and the industry's production capacity is also in a stage of clearing out.

As Lei Jun said, if you stand in the right place, even a pig can take off. But after the boom, who can become the pig?

When the tide goes out, you can tell who is swimming naked. Business operations and financial performance have become important touchstones for testing the true strength of ICL companies. What the market is looking for are those companies that are truly deeply rooted, down-to-earth and can speak with real money.

Undoubtedly, in the process of industry reshuffle, only those engineer data companies that keep up with the pulse of the market, continuously iterate and upgrade their businesses, can deliver performance growth, and possess core competitiveness are the potential stocks that are truly worth pursuing in the ICL track.

At the beginning of the new year, Groonghui had the honor of interviewing Mr. Gao Song, CEO of Aidikang, one of the three major ICL giants in China, and had an in-depth discussion with him on the industry development and prospects of ICL, and Aidikang's business layout and value.

The following is an excerpt from the conversation between Mr. Gao Song and Gelonghui:

· Leading the way in medical reform, learning from experience, and taking the right path

Gelonghui: The macro-economy and national policies have an important impact on the development of ICL companies. For example, the Ministry of Finance has previously proposed to increase its support for local governments to resolve debt risks. In recent years, medical reform policies such as DRG, tiered diagnosis and treatment, separation of technology and consumption, and medical insurance prepayment policies are also being gradually promoted. How do you assess the impact of the current macroeconomic and policy environment on the entire ICL industry? How do you expect the market to evolve in the next few years.
