The goal is not to torture yourself, it's to build a plan that will support you in the long term. So, be kind to yourself. Look for what makes you happy. Consume content that you like. Really try to perform activities while having fun. If French is a chore for you or if learning French is a chore for you, you will give up, that's for sure. So, take pleasure in your learning and integrate this notion of pleasure into your program.

What we're going to do now is we're going to offer you a typical week. Of course, we've taken a few activities that we think are interesting and important. It's up to you to adapt them. There are hundreds and hundreds of other things to do or hundreds of other possibilities. The idea here is just to inspire you a little bit.

For example, reading a short newspaper article, listening to a daily podcast. These are things you can do during your downtime in your routine, so we don't include them in the program. Here, in the program, we're going to put a few more specific activities.

Monday can be a day when you read an article or a book that is a little more complicated than usual, when you try to get out of your comfort zone.

On Friday, you can say to yourself: "This is another oral activity", either again with the tutors of the Academy or the Zoom room open 24 hours a day of the Authentic French Academy or any other resource in which you can practice speaking. You can say: "I plan every Tuesday and every Friday to speak French". We learn a language by studying, by consuming content, but of course we also have to speak, to practice, to progress.
