It seems normal to me to ask my marketing colleagues how their weekend was, as well as to discuss projects and work together. We naturally speak 3 out of 4 languages. Gifts also sometimes appear for birthdays or just in the form of chocolate. We don't think about it, but we are probably just lucky that we sat down in person.
Others claim that the book opened their eyes and broadened their horizons in many ways . They say they themselves did not realize that their appreciation might not be perceived by others.
" I would recommend the book especially to people in leadership positions. Being able to give praise is a very valuable skill for them. I think the most beneficial thing is the whole idea - that someone may not homeowner database notice the praise at all or even, in the case of public praise, it is downright demotivating."
I think the book is useful if the whole team wants to work with it. In addition, some of the ideas can also be used at home or in private life in general.
As a sales team leader, I try to praise correctly. I have observed most of the languages, and after reading the book, my colleagues and I just confirmed that I understood their language of appreciation correctly.”Our team will no longer be developers, but front-end developers. We have resisted such a change for a long time. AITOM is a purebred Czech company, so why should we have a CEO and not a director?

Before some news reaches us, the terms in English are already well-established . That's why we bother you with words like SEO, PPC or USP during negotiations - Czech equivalents do exist, but they are not well-established.
