Depending on the complexity of the flow, you will need one or more

Zapier lets you connect SaaS apps together and make them work together in autonomous flows. The idea is pretty simple: each app has a set of triggers and a set of actions . You just need to indicate which trigger in one app you want to trigger which action in the other app.

A triggered action is called a Zap. Zaps to make it work.

make a zap in zapier button

The most relevant example here would be automatically pushing leads from your meeting scheduler to your CRM.

Here's what it would look like:

You send personalized emails at scale using Salesflare workflows . (Want to see how? Here’s a customer showing how they use email workflows for prospecting .)
In your email, you invite them to ivory coast cell phone number list make an appointment with you using your personal calendar link (like YouCanBook.me or Calendly).
You have Zapier set up to automatically create an account/company, contact, and opportunity in your CRM, Salesflare. You can even automatically create a follow-up task and store some additional information in custom fields or an internal note. Use your imagination.
All you have to do is launch an outbound calling campaign and your sales pipeline will automatically fill with leads, ready to be followed up.

Of course, your leads don’t necessarily have to come from email. You can also use Zapier to send leads to your CRM from forms (e.g. Typeform, Google Forms), Facebook Lead Ads, or chatbots ( Collect.chat , ManyChat, Chatfuel). Check out our Zapier templates for inspiration.

How to win at tracking
From now on, it's all up to you.

We've mentioned it before: the only superpower you need is consistency. You win the race by keeping running, not by being fast.

How do you win at follow-up? Keep going until you get an answer, whatever it may be. Getting a “no” is not a defeat. It allows you to move on to the next step and invest your time and talent where it matters.
