Brand awareness

Post by rakibhasanbd4723 »

To find out how users perceive your brand you can rely on two procedures.

The first concerns brand recognition and brand recall tests . In the first case, a group of people is involved and will be shown logos, slogans or other elements to understand if they easily connect the brand associated with the element shown.
In the second case, that is with brand recall , people do not receive stimuli but must independently indicate which brand they connect to a specific product category.
The second method concerns the Aaker pyramid buy thailand phone number created by the American economist of the same name. A system based on 4 levels of desirability of a brand which, from bottom to top, is divided into:
Lack of awareness : people know nothing about the brand
Superficial knowledge : people recognize the brand only through a stimulus (logo, colors, claim, packaging)
Strong awareness : people know the brand and connect it to a specific product category
Top of mind : People immediately associate the brand with the product or service. It is the first name they say, without thinking twice.
Data analysis
Once you have discovered how the company is positioned on the pyramid (or how it is perceived by the people who have carried out the tests), you proceed with further analysis using specific tools to analyse the data .
