Form submission notifications
If you want to receive an email every time a user submits the form, simply enable this option and define a "Target Email Address." If your website has high volume and many users submit the form, we recommend disabling email notifications and instead setting up notifications in a Slack channel or relying on webhook integration with your CRM (see the section below).
Form email notifications
You can also enable an email to be sent to the user once they submit the form. You can also skype database optionally attach the PDF version of the audit report and customize all aspects of the email itself, including the subject, title, and email content, logo, font, and colors.
Some agencies don't display the report to the user when they submit the form, only attaching it to this email notification, which serves as confirmation that the user entered a real email address. This reduces the potential for the audit form to be abused by anonymous users who run multiple reports and never leave real details.
The content of the email notification is fully customizable. Some agencies include links to a calendar booking app within the email content, allowing the user to schedule a meeting with them to discuss the report.
