Added new tools to reach new audiences and increase applications

After we identified effective advertising campaigns that consistently generate applications - search and master campaigns - we began testing new tools:
We collected a LAL audience to reach new users whose behavior, interests, and other characteristics are similar to those who have already visited the site and performed some target action there, for example, left a phone number.
