"Who can add me to group chats?" (Default: "Everybody")
By default, anyone on Telegram can add you to a group chat. This can sometimes lead to being added to spam or unwanted groups.
Recommendation for enhanced privacy: It's highly recommended to change this to "My Contacts."
4. Call Settings
This controls who can call you via Telegram's voice/video call feature.

"Who can call me?" (Default: "Everybody")
By default, anyone on Telegram can initiate a voice or video call with you.
Recommendation for enhanced privacy: Many users prefer to change this to "My Contacts" or even "Nobody."
5. Other Related Privacy Defaults
While not strictly "contact" settings, these defaults affect how contacts (and strangers) perceive you:


By default, anyone on Telegram can see telegram number database your "last seen" timestamp and whether you are currently online.
Recommendation for enhanced privacy: You might want to change this to "My Contacts" or "Nobody."
"Profile Photos" (Default: "Everybody")
By default, anyone on Telegram can see your profile picture(s).
Recommendation for enhanced privacy: You might want to change this to "My Contacts" or "Nobody."
"Forwarded Messages" (Default: "Everybody" with a link back to your profile)
By default, when someone forwards a message you sent, it links back to your profile.
