1. Accessing Your Phone Number Privacy Settings
Open the Telegram app on your smartphone or tablet.
Go to Settings.
On Android: Tap the ☰ (three horizontal lines) icon in the top-left corner to open the main menu, then select Settings.
On iOS: Tap the Settings icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Tap on Privacy and Security.
Scroll down to the "Phone Number" telegram number database section.
2. "Who can see my phone number?"
This setting controls whether your phone number is displayed on your Telegram profile to others.
Everybody: If you select this, anyone on Telegram who views your profile will see your phone number.
My Contacts: Only users who are in your Telegram contacts will be able to see your phone number on your profile.
Nobody (Recommended for highest privacy): If you choose this, your phone number will never be visible on your profile to any other user, regardless of whether they are in your contacts or not.
How to Set:
Select your preferred option.
3. "Who can find me by my number?"
This setting determines if someone can find your Telegram profile by searching for your phone number in the app's search bar.
