All have earned above average, reflecting the positive impact of an MBA on salary levels. The survey also shows that respondents see both immediate and permanent career advancement after their studies.
More than half of respondents are now in senior management positions, while the number of MBAs in junior positions is still quite low. MBA graduates enjoy an average of 2.5 promotions since qualifying.
