Let's consider what types of sitemaps exist and in what cases they are used. There are two types of sitemaps: XML sitemap and HTML sitemap.

HTML Sitemap
A sitemap HTML is essentially a separate page listing links to the main sections. You've probably seen them on various web resources (mostly at the very bottom). They are intended more for users than for search engines, so they have some limitations. For example, it is not recommended to place more than a hundred links here. But such a large number is usually not necessary.
