Every year, we’ve heard our community ask: I can’t go. Will you be streaming MozCon? To our friends around the world, we’re happy to say yes – this year, MozCon will be fully accessible to remote attendees. Although those in other time zones will be able to watch the talks in your recordings. We have reduced the cost of participation in this year's conference for several reasons.

First, while there are still significant costs associated with hosting a large virtual conference, these costs don’t include some of our most expensive items, like the conference room, food, and beverages. Delicious treats and comfortable seating are a real investment!
Secondly, times are really fucking tough right now. We know agencies, brands, and freelancers are struggling in the economic downturn, and it’s more important than ever to hone skills and build new ones. We initially dropped ticket prices by about 40%. Then, based on community feedback and suggestions, we decided to ditch the snack service idea and dropped them again.
