Trigger messages Message chains
You have to switch between windows: each message needs to be configured in a separate window. This is labor-intensive and time-consuming. Work in one window : all messages from the script can be configured in one window, no need to switch.
The logic of the script is not obvious: if you set up several consecutive messages and needed to explain the logic to the rest of the team, you have to draw the entire chain in some visual tool. Transparent script logic : in one window you can see to whom, when and what messages are sent.
There are no statistics for the entire message chain: statistics for each message are collected separately, to find out the conversion of the entire chain, you need to count it manually. Statistics for a single message and the entire chain in one window: you can see the percentage of those who completed the entire scenario, and you can also see the statistics for each message to find out at what stages users leave.

What's New in Message Threads
Waiting for events : This feature allows you to configure sending of sequential messages depending on the user's actions in the previous message. For example, the user read the message, clicked on a link or button, responded to the message.
For example, you can send the user an email with the message "Register for the event and get points." If the user registers within 24 hours, the points are awarded automatically. If not registered, we send the next message by email or in another channel - Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.

Recording user events and tags : the function allows you to find in the lead database those users who have performed certain actions, build complex scenarios taking into account the events performed in the chain, form segments and build funnels from events for chain analytics.

Telegram bot: a new channel where you can use Carrot quest tools
In 2023, Carrot quest added a new tool — a chat bot in Telegram. It worked similarly to the welcome bot, but in Telegram.
