The “Psychologies” brand soon in the hands of Reworld Media

Reworld Media has announced that it has reached an agreement with 4B Media, the current owner of the Psychologies brand. The two parties have signed a purchase agreement covering all of the group's assets, both media and non-media.

This includes in particular the monthly magazine with its special nigeria email list issues, the websites, the content and products on social networks, as well as all the services produced by the brand.

This massive acquisition would allow Reworld Media to strengthen its position in the women's press sector. With 1.4 million unique visitors each month, 1.8 million subscribers on the various social networks and 1.4 million readers of the paper edition, the Psychologies brand has become the undisputed leader in its field.

Reworld Media already owns a large number of leading brands in the “Health, well-being and personal development” sector. In other words, GA4's operation is based on events and parameters, while the UA data model is currently still based on the principle of a session.

On a more "ergonomic" level, the integration of GA4 with other Google tools (such as Google Ads and Big Query for example) will provide new possibilities in terms of data analysis. Finally, let's remember the importance of processing personal data, in a world where regulations abound on the subject. GA4 is therefore supposed to provide answers in this regard, as a new modernized version of the service.
