"Export is a very big pain. So far, we have not been able to replenish our previous positions. Export to North America has become much more expensive, and market barriers make it almost impossible. Another thing is to open a business there and completely switch to this market, but this is also not the best solution. It is easier for Europe, since there is a developed distribution system and certain countries do not limit themselves much in purchasing our software . However , in practice, we have to sell solutions through a large chain of suppliers , which ultimately does not justify itself commercially. Only the Arab market segment remains open, where there is a revival of supply of solutions with deep use of advanced artificial intelligence technologies. Buyers of "smart clinic", "smart city" solutions, as well as communication components for smart roads are especially active," shared his experience and observations iPavlov CEO Loran Akopyan.
Sergey Ozhegov, CEO of SearchInform and head of the export committee at NP Russoft, said that the geography of exports has not changed significantly for his company: "The share of exports of information security solutions to the EU and North America was previously low, since Russian information security products are viewed with distrust there. Therefore, active sales went to countries in Asia and Latin America. Russian information security products continue to be purchased there, and the sales dynamics of some programs are even more noticeable than in Russia. For example, SearchInform FileAuditor, a program for auditing file systems, has become more active in our company. Among the countries with which we intensified our work only last year and achieved good results, we can single out Turkey - this is the easiest and most accessible region for promoting Russian products. The specialists there have a good level of English, and communication is easy, the mentality is close to the Russian one. In 2023, we are betting on this country, as well as on Malaysia and the Arab countries."
