Natalya Kataeva, Head of the Moscow Mayor's Department for Social Development in the Moscow Government, spoke about how Moscow has been transitioning to electronic systems in its polyclinics for the past two years. She emphasized that it is necessary to restructure the Moscow management system based on digital data. "All children's polyclinics have been operating in a digital format since August 2022, and adults should switch to this mode in the near future. There spain cell phone number list are already noticeable results: almost 18 million electronic cards have been created, access to which is open to 9 million Muscovites," Natalya Kataeva said. "All children's polyclinics are already working exclusively with electronic medical cards. Tons of paper are going to the archives. And soon all adult polyclinics will also work in a paperless format."
"Then we spent almost two years trying to recognize a person in order to get "clean" digital data. A lot of work was done to ensure that the data appeared in the system in a form that could be managed. Then we realized that there were many flaws in the processes - for example, there were gaps in the patient management process, when the patient was lost between doctors and different institutions. We found out that it was impossible to fulfill all the approved standards and regulations. And we had to rebuild the entire organizational process. The most difficult thing was in the oncology segment. We redistributed the functionality of all doctors. Until the process is complete, it is impossible to digitalize what we have now. For the last two and a half years, we have been making decisions based solely on big data. Now, with one button, you can select a package of appointments for a patient. According to our estimates, this has reduced the doctor's time by 10 times. We have a chatbot that processes patient complaints - symptoms. Artificial intelligence (AI) determines the top 3 diagnoses that match these complaints. Since January 2022, we have been piloting a project to collect the patient's previous medical history, as a result of which the AI will give the doctor one ready-made diagnosis, instead of three possible ones. A voice control solution is being developed - when the doctor says, for example, "open Petr Ivanovich's card." Wherever manual labor can be replaced, we do it. To free up medical staff and provide data to the doctor. We have come a long way, but there is still a lot to do," said Natalia Kataeva.
Natalia Kataeva said that the main efforts and money are aimed at creating infrastructure
