worth taking part in workshops, noted!

Talent Days: So it's worth taking part in workshops, noted! We also know that you found a job at Carlsberg Polska. Was the stand of this company the first one you visited or did it take a little longer to find this "golden shot"?

Krzysiek: I approached various dentist data
employers, mainly those I knew before. I was interested in their history, available offers – and there were quite a few of them. It was Carlsberg Polska that caught my attention for longer, the atmosphere at their stand was great.

Talent Days: We already know how you got there. And what was the recruitment process like at Carlsberg Polska?

Krzysiek: I have to admit that I was positively surprised. The recruitment process was extremely efficient and professional. I sent an email on Wednesday and on Thursday I got a response from Tomek, my recruiter. Less than 24 hours had passed since we arranged a meeting and less than two hours later I received an offer of employment. The whole process took only three days, mega efficient!

Talent Days: It was a whirlwind, indeed! You were hired as an IT Support Specialist, which means that your job is related to one of your interests. What made you go in that direction?

Krzysiek: I've always been interested in history and computer science, but computer science is definitely a more profitable industry. I once had the opportunity to work in another company during the summer as a technical support. Later I also had a work placement, so I chose this direction some time ago.

Talent Days: It's great that this path has come so naturally to you. And how do you recall your experiences related to job searching? Was taking part in Talent Days your first approach to the subject?
