Recently, the human resources team I work with has written a series of blogs on the topic of online communication, and I think that all companies are having more opportunities to think about the unique ideas and benefits of online communication.

So today I would like to discuss the combination of company club activities online, which is essential for revitalizing internal communication.

The people of I-Ridge were surprisingly outdoorsy

I'd like to thank the General Affairs and Labor Team for streamlining the naming rules for the Club Channel.

The channels on Slack were for board games, bouldering , chess, fine food, spicy food, golf , Ramen Jiro , manga and anime, motorcycles , solving puzzles , cats, hot springs , Pokemon GO , skiing and snowboarding , tennis , yoga , and back pain (←??).

Looking at the in-house only list page, there are also mountain climbing , public baths , fishing , horse racing , coffee, editing (vim), mathematics, shogi, mahjong, and soccer .

I arbitrarily chose the outdoor clubs as orange (I hesitated over Ramen Jiro), but as you can see, they are quite outdoorsy. The business trend is that online is merging with offline, but offline clubs still seem to be thriving.

I assumed that there must be many clubs that have had their activities restricted due to the COVID-19 pandemic since the beginning of the year and have stopped updating, so as I looked through the threads one by one, I began to see something.
