There is a "Share" button in My Report. Clicking on it will change the status from "Private" to "Shared", and anyone with permission can view it.
You can also click "Email" to send the PDF file of your report by email. (You can also cmo email lists set the frequency to have it sent automatically on a regular basis.) By
sending it to yourself, you can prevent forgetting to check it, and if you send it to team members in advance, you can use it as materials for meetings, etc.
You can also click "Export" to output a PDF file, which can be used as a graph or chart to attach to a report, etc.
2) Use it to check for changes
Another thing to do is check for changes .
For example, create a "timeline" widget of the number of sessions or conversion rate to check for any significant increases or decreases. You can also create widgets for the number of sessions by device or by source and compare them to see if there are any significant differences.
If there are any major changes or differences, you can check them in detail on the report screen to identify the cause and verify the effectiveness of your measures.
