Ad groups can contain multiple keywords and ad copy. However, because ad copy is selected randomly for the hit keyword, there is a risk that ad copy that does not match the keyword will be displayed. Therefore, although it is no longer possible to manage them all at once, the mainstream approach is to put one keyword and one ad copy in an ad group.
