A:In the short term, technology is developing new qualified professions of great value to society and the economy and, if we do not prepare university graduates well, unfortunately we will not be mexico phone number data able to fill these positions. I think this should be our greatest obsession as a country now. Four years ago we launched 'Actívate' with the aim of developing digital skills among young people. Q: What would you say to a company that is worried about its business in the digital environment? Is there a “recipe” for success? What should be its priorities?
A: I would tell them to put the customer at the centre, but really, and focus on using technology to develop the best possible experience for their customer. Think about it and question everything, don't try to adjust your current experience, but create a new generation experience using the power of data and technology to surprise your customer.
