By Valentine’s Day, the number of newcomers drops by half, but once St. Patrick’s Day rolls around, my local YMCA is back to normal.
Positive habits are not formed overnight, they are formed over time. Discipline is something you must develop from within so that you can become the best person you can be, not someone you could have been.
Take action!
Everyone knows the "one apple a day" principle, but few tunisia telegram data follow this advice. If you do a little bit every day, you'll have a lot of success in a year. But if you do nothing every day, you'll have nothing in a year. You don't achieve success in one day.
You achieve success day by day.
Get some small cards and write down specific, challenging daily tasks that will increase your success rate (e.g., make five more phone calls, clean up your desk at the end of the day, send a handwritten note to existing clients, read something that nourishes your mind, exercise for 30 minutes).
Every morning, flip through the stack of cards and pick one task you want to accomplish that day before you go to sleep. Once you've completed that task, start a second stack of cards with your completed tasks on them and watch it grow. Nothing breeds future success like past success!
The biggest mistake is to do nothing, because there is only so much you can do.
Do the best you can every day, move towards your goal, and see how successful you become!
On the surface, this seems dull, unproductive, and uninteresting. If you look at your weekly calendar, I guarantee you won’t see any mention of “reading,” “thinking,” or “journaling.
Read, journal, think and dream
