What I can tell you, also summarizing our survey results, is that 94.1% of customers are very satisfied with their cooperation with us. And what is most important to me, 72.5% gave our cooperation. A rating of 9 or 10. And more than 50% of respondents in this additional question admitted that the team's work exceeds their expectations.

Importantly, there was no answer below 6 out of 10. In a sense, the lowest score we got back was 6. And we only got that rating from three clients. Of course, we are already working with each of them on how to improve it. And what made me especially happy. That's why I immediately suggested that you also deal with these open questions.
