Post by Mimaktsa10 »

Where to look for clients? There are many places to attract them: offline and online advertising, SEO promotion, participation in thematic exhibitions and forums, expert publications in the press and similar channels. However, this is not where you should start.

What to pay attention to? First of all, you need to determine who your client is and what you can offer them. Driving traffic to the site or visitors to the store is not the goal, since the main thing is sales. After determining the target audience, a set of channels for interacting with it is selected.

Preparatory stage for attracting clients
Attracting new customers is a key spain email list task for any business. However, before you start active marketing campaigns, you need to prepare thoroughly. The preparatory stage is the foundation on which the entire process of attracting customers will be built. Let's consider the main stages.

Create a profile of your ideal client
Describe as precisely as possible the buyer who might be interested in your product or service. This is a person or company with a list of specific problems and requests, who has enough money to pay you for the product offered to them.

Think and decide who it makes sense to provide your services (goods):

what is the occupation of future clients;

how large the organization is (number of employees, turnover of financial resources);

their location;

who is the decision maker (DM) there;

a set of common characteristics.

For example, if you are engaged in the repair and maintenance of air conditioners, then your clients can be both individuals and a huge number of enterprises that have such equipment in offices, production and retail premises.

Then, based on general characteristics and geographic location, it becomes clear where to look for clients: these are any facilities where air conditioners are installed. It may be inconvenient to deal with large companies (they are most likely already serviced by other companies, and the contract conclusion cycle there is long), so it makes sense to focus on small, medium-sized businesses and private customers.

To more accurately identify your potential client base, you need to study their needs and see if you can solve them.

There may be several suitable segments of potential customers, each with their own needs that can be addressed by your services.

These will be different target audiences, and you shouldn't lump them all together into one general group.

Focus on serving a particular group, see how you can work most productively there, and then, by analogy, move on to other audiences with your offers.

Later, you can use the compiled portrait of the ideal client for marketing purposes when you advertise on social networks, in the media, etc.

Create an initial list of potential clients
There may be very few companies in your area that fit the profile of your ideal client.

They will be included in this primary list, from which, in fact, the accumulation of your client base will begin.

Collect information about the companies on the list (from open directories, on the Internet, in mapping services). Depending on what services you provide, you may need the following information:

contact details;

number of employees, size of property;

information about the financial situation of the company;

addresses of offices and representative offices.

Let's say, for example, you need all cleaning services in Novosibirsk. Then contact the Yandex search engine with the necessary request.

For a more precise search and a larger list of reference books in the results, enter your request in quotation marks.

Companies that were not initially included in the primary list should not be dismissed immediately, they may become your clients in the future. At this stage, you determine the most effective areas for work in order to immediately get specific results.
