In accordance with the requirements of Law No. 128-Z “On state regulation of trade and public catering” dated January 8, 2014 , all online stores operating in the territory of the Republic of Belarus must be registered in the Trade Register .

To include an online store in the Trade Register, a legal entity or individual entrepreneur must submit to the local city or district executive committee, to the “One Window” service (at the place of state registration of the trading entity) an Application for inclusion of information in the Trade Register.
The application can be submitted:
On paper (in two copies) in person, or by mail. The application argentina email list is signed by the head of the enterprise or another person entitled to act on its behalf. The authenticity of the signatures on the documents is verified by an employee of the registration authority. When submitting an application, identity documents are presented, as well as documents confirming authority, if they represent the interests of the applicant.
In the form of an electronic document through the unified portal of electronic services via the national automated information system (NAIS, portal.gov.by ). An application submitted in the form of an electronic document must be certified by a digital electronic signature.
If it is necessary to enter information in the Trade Register regarding several online stores, applications are submitted separately for each of them.
An application for inclusion of information in the Trade Register and the List of Classes, Groups and (or) Subgroups of Goods is drawn up according to the approved form (See Appendix 8 to MART Resolution No. 41 and the Trade Register ).
When filling out an application, it is necessary to indicate the " List of Classes, Groups and (or) Subgroups of Goods " planned for sale. The full list of types of activities can be found in the National Classifier of the Republic of Belarus at the links here or here .
The procedure for registering an online store in the Trade Register is free of charge. The registration is valid indefinitely until it is cancelled.
The local city or district executive committee must review the application within 5 working days.
When entering information into the Trade Register, the applicant is issued or sent by mail, in the form of electronic documents, via the OAIS, a notification of the entry of information into the Trade Register in the established form (See Appendix 23 to MART Resolution No. 41 and the Trade Register ).
If the entry of information into the Trade Register is refused, the applicant is issued a notification in the established form about the refusal to enter information into the Trade Register, indicating the grounds for refusal (See Appendix 23 to MART Resolution No. 41 and the Trade Register). The grounds for refusal to enter information into the Trade Register are listed in paragraph 18 of the Regulation on the Trade Register.
