Protecting and preserving workers' lives, ensuring safe working conditions are the priority tasks of every enterprise. According to the ILO, about 2.3 million men and women die annually as a result of 340 million accidents at work - an average of 6 thousand people daily. In Russia, more than 20 thousand people are injured at work every year. The causes of industrial injuries are: violation of safety requirements, careless actions of workers, lack of necessary PPE.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 21.07.2020 No. 474 "On the national development goals of the Russian 2030", digital transformation is one of the key development goals. In the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of industrial safety, the transition to digitalization of business processes is reflected in the following regulatory legal acts:
draft Federal Law “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On belize mobile database Safety of Hazardous Industrial Facilities”, which provides for the use of a remote industrial safety monitoring system;
Order of Rostekhnadzor dated 20.11.2017 No. 485, describing the possibility of issuing a work permit for performing high-risk work in electronic form.
At large enterprises in the Russian Federation, four main trends in the field of industrial safety and labor protection management are observed:
Formation of the concept and strategic goal of Vision Zero, or “Zero Injuries”.
Implementation of an industrial safety and labor protection management system (hereinafter referred to as IHS) in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation and ISO 45001.
Automation of accounting functions of business processes: management of PPE, special assessment of working conditions, health protection, risks, goals and activities, internal and external audits, hazardous production facilities, gas and civil engineering systems and ZIS.
Installation of various sensors, IP video cameras to monitor employees in hazardous and emergency zones, implementation of IoT technologies.
