Second, I read 30 minutes a day minimum. And third, I'm in bed 8 hours a night, because sleep is very important. So if it's 10 p.m., I'm up at 6 a.m. And I try to... of course, I'm not perfect, I break one or two of these rules, but I really try to treat these three rules with all due respect, because they are key to me.

And it's simple, really, it's simple to do. On the other hand, I feel like I'm missing things. Of course, I have my morning routine during which I reflect, I think, I write in my journal. This morning routine is really very important for me to start the day off right, but I would like to extend it a little bit. Currently, I only have 45 minutes. I get up at 6 o'clock, I wake the kids up at 6:45 to go to school and I would like to have at least an hour, an hour and a half, so I would have to get up earlier. But suddenly, if I put this new routine in place, well it's going to be difficult to respect my sleep goal.

I would like to do a little more exercise. Before, I used to exercise every day, I have slowed down a little, I would like to get back into it, do physical exercise every day, real exercise: weight training, stretching and a little cardio. I would also like to add a few minutes of meditation. That is important to be able to empty your mind and be in a calmer state, quite simply.

So you see, we always want to add things, but I'm fighting, I'm looking for balance. And even if I don't have the solution yet... right now, I'm rebuilding my morning routine a mexico whatsapp number data little bit... I would like to succeed in finding this balance despite everything, that is to say to be sure and certain of having few rules, to have a simple life, things that I can do every day, but without it being too much and without it being counterproductive. If you do not yet apply any or if you apply very very few personal development concepts, I would tend to tell you "do it in a very simple way, just start by getting up 30 minutes earlier and writing in a journal or reading for example", because these kinds of habits, key habits, really structuring habits, well these habits will call for others. And if you manage to follow this first habit, I am sure that you will then manage to follow others. So the idea is really to start slowly but surely.
