Hello, dear friends! Thank you for joining me for this new personal development video. As human beings, we have a tendency to compare ourselves to others. We judge ourselves based on what we see around us and often we are really unfair to ourselves. We tend to overestimate others and underestimate ourselves. This is a rather global tendency.

And of course, the environment in which we evolve, it makes things even more difficult. We are put in competition from a very young age, at school and throughout our studies and throughout thailand whatsapp number data our professional career. We feel in competition with others. For many, it depends on the characters obviously, but for many, it creates additional stress, it creates a feeling of unease. And this stress, this feeling of unease, it can literally limit their development.

Today I would like to show you that you really have everything to gain by focusing on yourself and ignoring others. You will see that it is much more effective and much less stressful.

So you understood, what I propose you do today is to change your philosophy, to change your pair of glasses, to literally change your vision. And you will see, it is very simple, you just have to stop comparing yourself to others, to stop competing with those around you and to focus, to refocus completely on yourself.

So of course, it's not about saying "I don't care about others, I'm selfish, self-centered, only focused on myself", that's not at all the goal of this video. We continue to be empathetic, we continue to take care of others, to try to understand them, we are integrated into an ecosystem. So the idea is not to close ourselves off. We continue to pay attention to others, but we stop comparing ourselves to them. It's super soothing. Focus on yourself.

It seems simple, it seems obvious, but I know that very, very few of you do it. Every time I talk to people, they compare themselves to others. They say, "He did this and I do that, but I know I don't do it well compared to my cousin." People are constantly comparing themselves to each other. And the idea is to focus on your personal discipline. Focus only on yourself. You will see that the results will follow.
