While it's very easy to take screenshots using the Snipping Tool, here's a quick rundown of how to take a screenshot, as well as how to use it once it appears on your clipboard.
To bring up the scissors, press the Windows+ Shift+ keys Son your keyboard at the same time. The screen should darken slightly, and you should be able to see the scissors bar at the top of the screen.
Then you can choose rectangular screenshot, free-form screenshot, specific window screenshot or full screen screenshot by clicking the corresponding buttons.
