Initially, there were difficulties with tracking applications when setting up two goals:
The first one records the form submission, but it works even if the form is filled in incorrectly. As a result, we received incorrect data.
The second works when closing the pop-up message "Thank you cryptocurrency data for your order" after sending the form. But there is a problem - people can close not this window, but the whole page at once, and the goal will not work. This goal was not recorded on iPhones yet.
Further, when checking the analytics, they saw that it was not working correctly in principle. The goal "submitting a form" was triggered with each user action: choosing a payment method, filling in a full name or phone number. Because of this, more applications were shown than there actually were. Incorrect data did not allow for a correct assessment of the effectiveness of campaigns and their optimization, and the customer received inaccurate information.
We have defined new goals by which we will track campaign performance and user interest, and reconfigured them in the analytics system:
